Nutrition Evaluation & Management
The University of Wisconsin Office of Continuing Professional Development in Medicine and Public Health is pleased to offer five new nutrition evaluation and management topics. Each of the five topics focuses on one of the following common chronic diseases: Hypertension, Diabetes, Lipid Disorders, Obesity, and Metabolic Syndrome. These materials are designed to help practitioners implement evidence based nutrition guidelines in a clinical practice setting. Each topic includes a PowerPoint presentation with audio, a case study, and a quiz.
